Ordering

Is there a minimum order quantity?+
Most patch types have a practical minimum around 25 pieces, since digitizing and setup cost the same regardless of quantity. Tell us your quantity when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's possible. Ordering for a club, team, or group rather than a business? See our page for groups & communities.
What if I don't have a finished design?+
No problem — send a sketch, a rough idea, or even a description. We'll turn it into a clean digitized patch you approve before production.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full run?+
Yes, on most patch types — ask about a single sample when you request your quote. Sample cost is typically credited toward your full order.

Production & quality

What happens if I don't like the proof?+
We revise it for free until you're happy. Nothing goes into production until you explicitly approve the proof.
What if there's a defect in my finished patches?+
Every batch is checked before shipping, but if something slips through, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake the affected patches at no extra cost.
Can you match an exact color?+
Yes — send a hex code, Pantone reference, or photo, and we'll match as closely as the process allows. The exact match is confirmed on your digital proof before production.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship to Canada?+
Yes — we ship to both the United States and Canada via tracked international courier.
How long does an order take?+
Most orders ship within 10–18 days of approving your digital proof, depending on patch type and quantity. Exact turnaround is shown on each patch type's page.
Is rush production available?+
Yes, on most orders, for an added fee — ask when you request your quote.

Payment

How do I pay?+
A 50% deposit secures your production slot once you approve your quote and proof. The remaining balance is due when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We'll share available payment options with your quote — typically card or bank transfer via a secure payment link.
