Digitizing is free on orders of 50+ patches (a small one-time fee applies below that). PVC/Rubber patches carry a one-time mold fee of roughly $40–$120 for a new design. Iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, or adhesive — each adds roughly $0.10–0.30 per patch.
